Target Audience

  • Who is your current target customer base?  Who will be purchasing your product/service?
     – Parents, managers, frequent travelers, community donors, business owners, gardeners, procurement officers, etc.
     – Age, gender, socioeconomic status, lifestyle, location, etc.
  • Who is your dream/ideal target customer? Are there any audiences you aren’t currently reaching that you want to reach with your brand?
  • How would you want them to describe you? How wouldn’t you want them to describe you?
  • How do you want to make your customer feel?


  • Are you giving our customers something to talk about?
  • Do you give customers an opportunity to get involved?
